Choices Health Clubs ltd and all associated companies put a vast amount of time and effort into protecting the privacy of individuals through rigorously planned systems to protect personal data, and take all reasonable effort to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation of May 2018.

Your Data

By signing up for club membership with Choices Health Club you are giving Choices the explicit permission to hold you data for the purposes of administering your membership and promoting the benefits of membership of Choices Health Clubs. We may share your data with a third party, but only for the previously mentioned purposes and never to a third party that it is not a data processor of a Choices Health Clubs company.

Your Rights

  1. The Right to Erasure – Choices store all personal data held in secure environments and all of your data (subject to collection post May 2018) will be held in one place. If you exercise your right to erasure you will be permanently erased from our system and receive no further contact from us. The only way to reverse this is by resubmitting your data to us to be stored on our system.

  2. Subject Access Request – If you submit a subject access request we will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible but certainly within 1 month. You also have the right to request the format you would like to receive your data in.

Referred Data

If your data is referred to us by a third party, or you refer another person’s data to us it is the referrer who will declare they have the right to share that data. We will endeavour to seek clarify this permission with data owner before using it to promote any of our services to that person.

Payment information

Direct Debit payment are collected through London and Zurich as our main payments partner, although a small amount of direct debits are collected through Debit Finance and Go Cardless.
