Advanced Step

With amazingly styled intermediate to advanced dance based choreography, this is definitely the class for those wanting to add fun and flare to their workouts or for those that want to take their stepping skills to the next level. Suitable for all fitness levels and ages, however it is advised those new to step attend Step It Up first!

Body Balance

Pilates

Tabata

A Tabata workout is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause 8 times for a total of four minutes.
